Learn to tie effective Stillwater flies with Peter Hill. This class is meant for the intermediate fly tyer that has a desire to fish lakes and ponds. The flies that Peter will be teaching are patterns that are staples in our boxes for the lakes in Colorado. You will learn how to tie chironomids, callibaetis, damsels, crustaceans and terrestrials. This class is a series of 5, two hour classes that will be hosted at our shop in Evergreen on Tuesday evenings.
We will provide the equipment needed for the class, including: the vice, fly tying tools, hooks, and materials. However, if you want to bring your own, please do. The cost for this class is $125.00 per person, which will include all 5 sessions. Each student who takes the class will also receive a 15% discount on all of our fly tying materials, tools, and books.
Pre-registration is necessary. Limited to 4 students.
