Scott Schroeder combines a lifelong love of the outdoors with a practical understanding of the gear anglers depend on. As The Blue Quill Angler's E-commerce Manager, he helps keep our online shop running smoothly while making sure customers receive knowledgeable, personal service.
About Scott
Scott grew up in Wisconsin before moving to Arkansas, where he attended high school and later graduated from the University of Arkansas. His passion for fly fishing and the outdoors eventually drew him west to Colorado and to the Blue Quill team.
That path gives Scott an appreciation for both the places fishing can take us and the people it brings together.
At The Blue Quill
Scott works behind the scenes to keep the BQA online store organized, current, and easy to shop. He also helps customers find the right equipment, pairing product knowledge with a friendly, straightforward approach.
Whether he is improving the online experience or answering a gear question, Scott wants every customer to feel confident about what they are taking to the water.
Beyond the Shop
Away from work, Scott is usually finding another reason to be outside. He enjoys fishing, biking, skiing, and exploring Colorado with his wife and their dog, Doug. His Wisconsin roots remain close at hand whenever football season arrives: Go Pack Go!
