The Colorado river can offer some fantastic fishing this time of year and it’s often over-looked by most of the crowds. Many don’t think of the Colorado river as a great winter/early spring fishery. However, when the weather cooperates, this river can be an excellent choice.
Spend the day with our head guide on the Colorado River, Bob Dye, while learning how to fish this section of the Upper Colorado River in the winter/early spring. Bob literally wrote the book on fly fishing the Colorado River - so you couldn't be in better hands. Bob will start the day by discussing how to rig your rod and go over fly selection in these spring months. Once fishing, Bob will be showing anglers where to target winter/spring fish, and more importantly, how to catch them! Each student in the class will get one-on-one attention while continuing to hone their winter fly fishing skills.
These 6 hours walk/wade clinics are limited to 3 anglers each day, so they will fill up fast. Book today!
